About the Author --

Cherie Wein has been a competitive roller skater since the age of nine, and currently holds the silver medal in Veterans Solo Dance for the U.S. Southeast Region. She has three grown children and two grandchildren, all of whom are exceptionally bright and talented. She lives in Maryland with her husband, who is very smart, and two cats, which are not. Over the years she has worked as a mannequin refinisher, a legal secretary, and a college English teacher, and hopes soon to achieve her doctorate in literature.
