“Mom, you have no idea what it’s like
for me!” Maddie Morrison’s biggest problem in middle school is getting a
seat at the popular girls’ lunch table. Her old friend Audrey gets left
out and her mother’s advice doesn’t stop Maddie from her quest to be
cool. One night after shopping for just the right accessories to fit in,
a turn of events sends Maddie 30 years back in time. She discovers that
her mother’s advice is more important than she thought and that the
popular girls are not that cool. Follow Maddie as she meets someone she
already knew, teaches her science teacher a lesson, and figures out how
to fit in anywhere, even when there isn’t any room. Maddie’s journey
