Author Kathleen Ambro is a
member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. She
has written articles for To Life and L.A. Parent magazines, and wrote a
weekly column for a local Southern California newspaper, Valley Life.
She and her husband, John live in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California where
Kathleen enjoys working part-time at the children’s library while
pursuing her writing career.
Illustrator Lenore Masterson has
degrees in both Commercial Art and Fine Art. She is married and lives in
the small coastal town of Marina, California. For over 30 years, she has
been a successful custom cartoon artist. Her talent for turning
whimsical ideas into whimsical paintings has created a devoted
following. When not painting, Lenore is active in many local civic
projects including raising money to build the Marina Library, bringing
the performing and visual arts to her city’s school children, and
serving as a member of the City of Marina Recreation and Cultural
Services Commission.
